The most successful candidates have experience selling to heart surgeons, neurosurgeons, radiologists and cardiologists with 2 - 3 competitors. You build relationships quickly and want a company that is quality conscious with high integrity. You know how to lead from the front and by example. You have 5+ years of selling experience and are looking for an opportunity to grow in your career. You are a natural motivator and people are attracted to your charisma, style and leadership. You enjoy the challenges of sales and can transfer your successes to the team! You earn respect instead of expecting it. You understand the importance of sales fundamentals, and are not afraid to get your foot in he door and go head-to-head with the competition. You understand the importance of finding new business and then servicing the accounts you build. You will have opportunities to sell medical devices to leading edge surgeons, clinicians and world-renown medical centers.
